How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you can easily track its status. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation that includes the expected delivery date and a link to track your order (if available for your delivery method).

How do you ship?

All orders placed with us are shipped using one of two reputable carriers: Canada Post or Purolator. We carefully choose the shipping method that best suits your order's size, weight, and destination to ensure a secure and timely delivery.

The price of shipping is automatically calculated for you during the checkout process. Our system takes into account various factors such as the shipping destination, the weight of the items, and the shipping method selected.

For orders to the US, free shipping does not include tracking. If you would like your order to have tracking, please be sure to select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After you place an order, please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for us to process it and prepare it for shipment. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout. You can see estimated delivery times for each shipping method before you confirm your order. While we make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

What payment methods do you accept, and in which currency will I be charged?

We accept payment for purchases made on our website via debit or credit card. We also offer support for PayPal, which allows you to securely and conveniently complete your purchase using your PayPal account.

During checkout, you can choose the payment method that works best for you.

Please note that we currently only support payments in CAD currency. If you choose to pay with a currency other than CAD, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate.

What is your return policy, and how do I initiate a return?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online store.
  • The item must be unused and still have its original tag attached.
  • You must request a return or exchange within 28 days of delivery.
  • The return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return or exchange request.

To initiate a return, please include the following items in your package:

  • The original order slip.
  • The item(s) you are returning.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We confirm receipt of returns within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
